The Service Call

Following the diagnostic assessment, an estimate for the repair cost will be given. If we need to return with parts or equipment, you will not be billed an additional call out fee.

If your equipment is not worth repairing, or beyond repair, we will credit your service call towards the purchase of new equpment from Alpha Scientific.

We provide autoclave repair and calibration services.
