Service Rates & Guarantee

Alpha Scientific charges a call-out service fee to provide an estimate for repair or maintenance work to be completed.

Actual labor to repair the equipment is billed separately, in 15 minute increments.

Service Guarantee

All labour is guaranteed for 30 days unless otherwise specified.

Replacement parts have a 90 day guarantee.
