The Flight Clave45+ is the largest chamber autoclave Flight Dental Systems makes. Flight positions it for laboratories, veterinary clinics, large dental clinics, schools and institutions, and food-processing facilities. You'll see it listed as "Flight Clave 45", "Clave45" or "Clave 45+".
Like the smaller Flight models it is Class S: an independent steam generator injects pulses of steam to remove air before sterilization. After the holding phase a vacuum pump evacuates the chamber for faster, more effective drying.
The 45L chamber takes up to 22 lb of wrapped load, and the included stainless steel trolley lets you position the unit in your sterilization area without giving up counter space.
An automatic door-closing mechanism with vacuum assist makes sure the door is closed before a cycle starts, and a double safety lock with a motorized locking mechanism keeps it closed during the cycle. A pressure safety valve prevents chamber over-pressure.
A built-in printer and USB data logger record every cycle, and the internal memory stores 10,000 cycles. Automatic records support inspection readiness for College, Health Department and lab audits. They are not a compliance guarantee, so please check your own regulator's requirements. The Clave45+ is built with quality parts made in Europe and designed to be easy to repair.

Yes. You'll see this 45L model listed as Flight Clave 45, Clave45 or Clave 45+. Alpha Scientific supplies the Flight Clave45+ (SKU A9007-45+).
Flight classifies it as Class S. It removes air with pressure-pulsing steam and uses a vacuum pump after the holding phase to speed up drying.
208–230 V AC, 60 Hz on a 15 A breaker (2600 VA nominal), and Flight recommends a dedicated circuit. Most clinics need an electrician to add a 220 V receptacle, so we confirm the electrical requirements with you before delivery.
The unit is 25.2″ wide × 22″ high × 33.1″ deep, and the door needs 29.9″ of width and 49.8″ of height to open. A stainless steel trolley is included, and Flight's manual says to place it on a surface rated for at least 120 kg.
Flight rates the wrapped 134 °C cycle at about 70 minutes. The manual lists totals of 40–50 minutes unwrapped, 55–75 minutes wrapped and 80–90 minutes for liquids, depending on load.
